I'm very glad to have met Mr Mykula and that he agreed to remove a lipoma from the back of my neck which had been bothering me for a few years. As a plastic surgeon, he did a great job of closing the wound which included separately stitching multiple layers of skin & flesh together to reduce the possible impact of scar tissue in one place, and which has allowed more mobility of the skin over the excision site. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and personable, and listened carefully to deal with any questions I had as we went along both through the consultations and the surgery itself. When the pre-op tests also revealed I have a benign heart condition, Mr Mykula gave me a high-level understanding of what was going on to alleviate any immediate concerns, whilst strongly recommending I visit a cardiologist to be on the safe side, which I have now done. Thank you, for everything!

A very fine experience having an SCC removed from my scalp which then needed a graft.There was great conversation during the procedure which was enjoyable. It was particularly interesting to hear more about Ukraine with a rather more balanced view than we read in the press.

Mr. Mykula changed my life! From the first moment I met him, I felt that I could trust him fully, and I’m so glad I did! He’s an amazing person and a wonderful surgeon, I couldn’t have been in better hands. I will never forget what Mr. Mykula did for me, he will always be in my prayers.

I had my first appointment followed by surgery with Mr Mykula early November 2022. I cannot praise him enough, not only a brilliant surgeon but a very kind person, who makes you think your his only patient that he cares about. He talk’s you through every step and answer’s any questions you may have. I would go to Mr Mykula for further surgery if needed in the future.

I have been under the medical care of Mr Roman Mykula since my diagnosis of skin cancer malignant melanoma in 2019. The shock of being informed was one thing, but the moment Mr Mykula engaged with me his reassurance was first class, even up to and post surgery, of which I have had several. It is very rare that I write reviews, however I owe a lot to Mr Mykula's extensive medical knowledge and surgical skills, he has been absolutely amazing with a first class bedside manner. Without wishing ill health on anyone, I would without hesitation recommend My Mykula, who in my view ranks among the best consultant surgeons within the UK. Roman my sincere thanks for all that you have done for me. I would also add, that Mr Mykula has excellent administrative support, you are always kept up to date and follow up appointments made expeditiously. Outstanding 5 Star service.
